NBC-500C model semi-automatic CO₂ gas-shield welding machine (hereinafter referred to as welding machine) is suitable for CO₂ gas-shield welding of various general carbon structure steel, high quality carbon structure steel and low alloy steel. It can be applied to all-position CO₂ gas shield welding. Comparing with covered welding rod, submerged arc welding, this machine has several advantages such as high efficiency, good quality, low cost, easy operation, no slag, open arc, high visibility, small heat-affected zone, small deformation and beautiful finished form etc. The output current of welding machine has strong compensation capability to the voltage fluctuation of electric power network. When the voltage fluctuation of power network is ±20%, the output fluctuation (including wire feeding speed) of welding machine is lower than ±5%.
